By registering for the Platform and using it, you declare and confirm that: (a) when you upload to the Platform any detail relating to a minor, you are doing so with the express consent of the parents or authorized guardians of the minor; and (b) you agree to the contents of this privacy policy.

The Platform is utilized by families and Providers in connection with school, childcare, and educational functions. We store information relating to children solely to the extent necessary to provide the school- and childcare-related services described herein.
