Remini Child’s Book of Life Ltd. (“Remini”) considers it very important to protect your privacy and the privacy of your children. This document sets out Remini’s privacy policy in relation to the details that Remini collects with respect to the application that is operated by Remini or the Remini website at www.remini.me (the website and the application are referred to hereinafter as the “Platform”) and with respect to the services that are offered through the Platform (the “Services”). Among other things, this policy sets out the kinds of details that are collected through the Platform and explains what Remini uses them for. In this policy, the term “details” means data that identifies a person or that is reasonably likely to identify him or her (for example, a name, telephone number or email address).

The Remini Platform is intended to enable a child’s family, teachers and school admins to share content, pictures and videos relating to the child.

By registering for the Platform and using it, you declare and confirm that: (a) when you upload to the Platform any detail relating to a minor, you are doing so with the express consent of the parents or authorized guardians of the minor; and (b) you agree to the contents of this privacy policy.

The details that are collected

Using the Platform involves registering for it. When registering, users are requested to provide details, including a user name, an email address, a telephone number and the name of the child in relation to whom content will be shared through the Platform (the “Child”) and the date of birth and gender of the Child (boy/girl). In addition, when registering, teachers are required to input details about the school (name of the school, address). As part of the use of the Platform, users may upload additional details to the Platform, such as videos, photos, free text and details on certain daily events (times of arrival at the kindergarten, meal and sleep times, etc.).

If you choose to connect to the Platform through Facebook, Remini will receive your name, email address and Facebook profile picture from Facebook.

Providing your details to Remini depends on your consent. However, if you avoid providing details that are requested, this might prevent you from registering to the Platform, undermine the quality of the Services or restrict the ability to contact you, if necessary.

As stated, the Platform is designed for sharing content and you are therefore able to upload content to the Platform that might relate to a third party, including pictures, videos and free text, provided that this is done with the express consent of the person to whom the details relate and, where a minor is concerned, subject to the consent of his/her parents or authorized guardians. You must exercise discretion and act with care when uploading details to the Platform taking into account, among other things, that these details will be accessible to others and will not be private.

When the Platform is used, Remini collects details relating to the use of the Platform, such as times of entry into and exit from the Platform, the country from which the Platform was accessed and identifying details for the device through which access was made.

Use of the details

Remini uses the details that are collected in accordance with this privacy policy or under the provisions of any law, for the following purposes:

· To enable you and other users to use the Platform and the Services.

· For the purposes of data security.

· To make contact with you, if Remini considers it necessary.

· To operate, develop, improve and manage the Platform.

· To comply with the requirements of any law, judicial order or requirement of a competent authority.

· To enforce the terms of use of the Platform and this website.

Where the details are stored

The details that are collected through the Platform are stored on the servers of an external vendor, that may be located in the United States or in one of the countries that belong to the EU .

Sharing your details with third parties

Remini does not share the details that are collected when using the Platform with third parties, except in the following situations:

· Giving users of the Platform access to details that you have chosen to share with them.

· Giving entities that provide Remini maintenance and development services in connection with the Platform access to details.

· Storing details that are collected through the Platform on the servers of an external supplier (as stated above).

· If doing so is required by law or pursuant to a judicial order or instruction of a competent authority.

· If doing so is required for the purpose of enforcing or protecting the rights of Remini in relation to any claim, dispute, suit or judicial proceeding between you and Remini.

· If you breach the terms of use or Remini believes that you are performing actions through the Platform that appear to violate the law.

· When you consent to sharing your details with third parties.

· If Remini changes its legal structure or organizes its activities or the activities of the Platform in another way, including in the event of a sale or transfer of the Platform or any part thereof to a third party, provided that such third party will be subject to the provisions of this privacy policy.

Data security

Remini recognizes the importance of protecting the details of users of the Platform and their relatives and adopts measures that are intended to protect and safeguard the details that are collected from loss or unauthorized access. However, naturally, Remini’s systems are not absolutely immune and, therefore, Remini does not undertake that details that are collected will not be exposed, stolen or lost. By using the Platform, you declare that you are aware of these risks and that you take them into account when using the Platform.
